Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping for you based on the weight of the products you choose. The weight of the item can be found on its detail page.
Most of the orders are dispatched within 4 to 5 business days from the date of placing the order. If your order needs more than 5 business days to dispatch, we will inform you about it and upon your confirmation we will process the order. We will NOT charge you until, we get your confirmation.
Please note: All orders are dispatched from India and it takes 4 to 5 business days for Fedex or DHL to Deliver
We ship all the orders with Fedex or DHL.
We have a 15-days return policy. If you have any problem with the product you have received, please contact us. We want you to love your purchase! If you are not completely satisfied, let us know and we will work with you to make it right.
Customer will be responsible for the return shipping. However, we will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
Please note: due to the handmade nature of our products and use of Natural Crystals, there may be slight variations and imperfections in some items. This is one of the beautiful things about owning a handmade item along with the contribution of mother nature.

If we’ve sent you the wrong or a damaged item, we will take care of return shipping and ship a replacement at no additional charge to you.
